In regards to our experience with Silverado let me just say this, our experience has been AMAZING. We have been so impressed with the professionalism, guidance and level of detail on this project. Chad, our superintendent, is an absolute ROCKSTAR. It was more than I could have ever expected or imagined from a Super on a project. His level of engagement and guidance on this project was Above and Beyond. In addition, he continued to help us on related tasks that I can easily say were not his responsibility. From start to finish, the process was exceptional. We maintained the schedule, trades, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves, and the quality was top notch. Every payment was correct and reconciled to the penny with the back-up documents. I frankly feel we were spoiled rotten on this project by Silverado. Thank you again. WOW!
